We’re Hiring
Dreamy Sites is a Michigan-based WordPress agency building websites for businesses across the US. If you care about clean design, solid code, and clients who actually get updates, you’ll fit in here

The Dreamy Ethos
Since 2020 we’ve grown by hiring people who care about the craft and treating them well. Here’s what working at Dreamy Sites actually looks like.
Built in Michigan
Join a team headquartered in Haslett that serves business owners across the country.
Real Ownership
You’ll run your own projects from kickoff to launch instead of passing tickets down a chain.
Direct Client Contact
Talk to the business owners you’re building for. Feedback comes straight to you, not through layers.
Room to Grow
New tools, new project types, and honest reviews that help you level up your skills.
Steady Workload
Realistic deadlines, clear scopes. We plan projects so nobody burns out hitting them.
Small Team, Big Say
Your input shapes how we work. Good ideas get adopted here, not filed away.
Ready to apply
We keep hiring simple. Send us your resume and a few projects you’re proud of, and we’ll get back to you within a week. If there’s a fit, you’ll do a short call and a small paid test project. That’s it.

Where is Dreamy Sites located?
We’re headquartered in Haslett, Michigan, and we serve business clients across the United States. Our team works on US business hours so clients and teammates always get same-day responses.
What roles do you usually hire for?
Most of our openings are for WordPress developers, web designers, and project support roles. Since 2020 we’ve delivered 340+ projects for 250+ business clients, so there’s steady work across design, development, and maintenance.
What is the hiring process like?
Three steps. We review your application and portfolio, schedule a short call to talk about your experience, and then send a small paid test project. Most candidates hear back within a week at each
stage.
Do I need agency experience to apply?
Agency experience helps but it isn’t required. What matters is that you can show real work, communicate clearly, and handle deadlines. Freelance and in-house backgrounds are welcome
What tools does your team use?
Our stack is built around WordPress, with Bricks Builder for page building and WooCommerce for
eCommerce projects. Familiarity with these is a plus, and we’ll help you get up to speed on the rest.
How do you support new team members?
Every new hire starts with smaller projects, a clear onboarding checklist, and a direct point of contact for questions. You’ll never be handed a client and left to figure it out alone.
