What we delivered
Custom website design
We designed the site around Coyle’s orange branding, built to look sharper than the usual cleaning company website. Built in WordPress with Elementor so the team can update service pages themselves.
Quote form lead capture
The quote form sits on the homepage, not buried on a contact page. It asks for four things and includes a cleaning type dropdown, so every lead arrives already sorted into commercial, residential, HOA or move-out.
Commercial and residential paths
Office managers and homeowners want different things. Each gets its own section with its own quote button, so nobody has to work out whether the company serves them.
Service pages built out
Nine services are laid out with photos and plain descriptions, from janitorial to high-touch disinfection. Every card leads to a quote, so browsing turns into a request.
Google Ads conversion tracking
Google Tag Manager is installed and tracking quote form submissions and click-to-call taps. Coyle’s can now see which ads produce real leads instead of guessing at the spend.
Responsive development
Property managers call from the job site, usually on a phone. Every page was built and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop, with the phone number as a one-tap call in the header.
