These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dreamysites.com and the services provided by Dreamy Sites, operated by Dream Makers Marketing LLC, 1380 Haslett Rd, Haslett, MI, USA (“Dreamy Sites,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or hiring us for a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide WordPress design and development, WooCommerce stores, website maintenance, hosting support, speed optimization, malware removal, SEO, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of every project are defined in a written quote or proposal that we send you before work begins. That quote becomes part of these Terms once you approve it.

2. Quotes and Payment

Every project is priced with a fixed quote, and the payment schedule is set out in each individual quote. Work begins once the quote is approved and the agreed initial payment is received. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice, and we may pause work on overdue accounts.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, tell us and we will first make it right through revisions at no extra cost. If we still cannot meet the agreed scope to your satisfaction, we will refund the fees you paid for that project. The guarantee applies to the work and scope agreed in your quote; it does not cover third-party costs already spent on your behalf, such as domain names, hosting fees, premium plugins, themes, or stock assets.

4. Revisions and Scope

We offer unlimited revisions within the scope agreed in your quote. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope, such as new pages, new features, or a change in direction after approval, are quoted separately as additional work. We will always tell you before anything becomes billable.

5. Your Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, images, logins, and feedback we need in a timely manner. You confirm that any content or materials you give us are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Ownership of Work

Once your project is fully paid, you own the final website and deliverables we created for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party items used in your project, such as premium themes, plugins, fonts, and stock images, remain subject to their own licenses.

7. SEO and Results

We use proven, white-hat methods in all SEO and optimization work. However, search engines control their own rankings, and no agency can honestly guarantee a specific position on Google or any other platform. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue results.

8. Website Use

The content on dreamysites.com, including text, designs, graphics, and logos, belongs to Dream Makers Marketing LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, or for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, or payment processors.

10. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. If you cancel, you pay for work completed up to that point, subject to the satisfaction guarantee in Section 3. We may decline or discontinue work that is unlawful or violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
