What we delivered
Custom website design
We designed the site around one job: turning local searches into conversations. Clean layout, clear calls to action, and a tone that matches David’s advice-first approach rather than a hard sell. Built in WordPress with Elementor.
Neighborhood valuation pages
Sellers search by neighborhood, not by agent. We built dedicated landing pages for La Costa, Carlsbad Village, San Elijo Hills and Bressi Ranch, each with its own valuation form. Every page targets a local search term the big portals overlook.
Home valuation lead capture
The offer is simple and repeated across the site: a free, no-pressure valuation. Forms are short, so homeowners aren’t put off before they finish. Every submission comes through as a qualified lead.
Calendly booking integration
“Schedule a Strategy Call” books a 30-minute meeting straight into David’s calendar. Phone numbers are click-to-call on mobile, so a visitor can reach him in one tap.
Trust and reviews build
David’s Google reviews are pulled into the site with a verified rating badge, alongside two full client stories. Buyers check reviews before they call, so the proof sits on the page instead of somewhere else.
Responsive development
Homeowners browse listings on their phones, usually in the evening. Every page was built and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy-tap buttons and short forms.
